Yeah I agree. I'd call this a "spicy" shounen ai lol the scenes are not enough to qualify as a yaoi, for sure.

I've read this manga over 10 times and even the millionth time it'll still be shounen-ai. People conflate bl with yaoi all the time. "Rain again" , "A Thousand Cranes", "angel buddy", "path to you" are all shounen-ai with a yaoi tag. I swear some people read the weather forecast and slap a yaoi tag on it.
