Haven't you guys understood the chapter? Lee Kang was able to suppress the forced rut because his mind is clear. He was able to stab himself because of that.
According to Dr. Lee Kang himself, Jooheon wasn't aware of his state as an omega because he has this certain 'iketus syndrome' and is unaware that he's in heat. That's basically the reason why he can't go out of there, he's now drawn to the pheromones from Lee Kang's forced rut.
You guys should understand it first before complaining.

You compare Kang and Jooheon as if they both have the same body orientation, making Jooheon responsible just because Kang stabbed himself, oh btw who made a move between the two first???
