im aware that after he became a fucking god, Naofumi married (?) raphtalia, sadeena and fucking MELTY (yes including melty) in the web novel but I still don't ship them (even more so he became like motoyasu in a way). Im more so following the light novel since its the main source for the manga and the anime.

I don't really ship Raphtalia and Naofumi. And it's because he (somewhat) raised Raphtalia when she was first introduced. I only saw them as like parental figure and the group of children he unconsciously picked up on the way
