Allen keep stalking him and he's maybe kind of attach to him bcuz of that so that's why when he kill Noah for the first time, he feel kind of sad/guilty(?) And don't have the heart to let Noah be in that kind of condition. In conclusion, stalking--> love
Also worth remembering, that allen & noah's encounter as well as allen eventually falling for him was a result of dave's wish to help noah. That's honestly so sweet of dave to wish for since all noah have ever wanted was to be loved.
