No. What Sovieshu wanted was to remarry her in a few years. His plan was to legitimize his and Rashta's child and then divorce Rashta and remarry Navier. Still dumb and stupid, but he isn't mad because he wants to see Navier suffer and to "break her for one time". He is mad because his plan was to keep Navier as his wife. He is also kind of in the spot where he realizes that Rashta is a bad fit for him and won't last so he isn't really ready to "give up" Navier. Too bad he lost her like 60+ chapters ago.

I think Sovieshu's reaction was expected, he did never dissapoints because I always expect the worst from him :) What he wanted was not only to divorce Queen Navier but also, wanted to see her suffer and being stripped from all of her rights, see her break for one time because his PP small and always feel threatened by her. Classic.
