I don't think he did! Tho he did try to catch feelings to another person before they broke up, but I don't think he slept around beforehand!
No he didn’t cheat and he never had feelings of love before the break up and probably during his marriage to the other person. Societal views got to him and the girl offered him a chance to live a “normal” life. He got scared and took that chance but wasn’t happy and regretted it.
ISNT THERE A JAPANESE BL DRAMA BASED ON THIS???? I stopped half while watching that so I don’t really know the ending for the drama and I haven’t started this yet but the comments say that mc cheats- god damn.
