Don't worry. It's not really tragedy or anything. As you can see the old man is a mob character. So yeah. These people usually appears in hentai or BL as some random mob who obviously rapes and assaults our Mc. So to say. Our Mc here, fells in love with the mob character. I assume he should end up with the tsundere bully or the other friend. But by choosing the NPC, he literally is a step away from getting a BAD END and he really did in the end. Dying by falling off from the rooftop. Tsundere friend there didn't mean to push him off or something. And the next few pages are blackout and then u see our Mc being assaulted again just like in the first few pages of chapter 1. It's like a route kinda DJ if you see it on the bright side. So basically because he choose the wrong route, he had a bad end XD maybe if hr had choose his tsundere friend, he would've gotten a GOOD END and if he choose that other guy who he said he had feelings with, either GOOD END or NORMAL END. These mob and NPC usually appears and are common in Otome, Hentai and even General Games XD

So if it helps a little. It's actually a manga based on the POV of our Mob NPC. XD

I have the links to the the remaining two chapters. It's basically a 3 oneshot. It's actually interesting because it's a NPC point of view doing these. Like his only role is to assault the little boys and then these boys will find their seme/uke amd fell in love, have seggs and 'purify' themselves from the trauma or incident caused by our mob NPC. And he even knew that it was impossible for Mc/ml to fell in love with a NPC vice versa. Yet the Mc/ml did exactly that and thus, a bad end.

Like if you're familiar with Mystic Messenger game. Just imagine you going from Saeyoung/707/Luciel route and you kept on supporting Jaehee about Zen's seggc-ness and well, also agree with Zen. And at times, you support your 707 since that's what you're aiming. But along the way, 707 is forever Mia for some reason and you start to support our cute Lil Yoosung and his everything and his Lolol(?) And also agree with Jumin that Elizabeth is cute and when Seven sounds like he wants to indirectly abuse(love) Elizabeth, you agree with Jumin not to let him touch her. And then there's Unknown and you become nice to this person. All gullible for no reason and then there our V and endgame you stray off from Seven's path and got BAD END cuz you didn't accumulate enough point or whatever and you stray off from your route. You won't even get a GOOD END.

Just like this manga. Our Mc has two choices apparently. Tsundere classmate and the cutesy guy he has a crush on. But he chose a NPC. It's the same as you playing the Normal route(?) With Yoosung, Jaehee and Zen. But you keep supporting Jumin/Saeyoung...BAD END ENSUES

i think instead of it being the route resetting, the bully became like the old man? the piercing holes lead to me think its the bully grown up, who now preys on young boys that resembles the one he bullied
