The anime diverges from the manga in Season 1, does anime-only material in Season 2, and goes back to the manga for Season 3 onward. So its kinda hard to pick up where it leaves off because there's a lot of extra material. Pluto and the angels, for example, are nowhere in the manga.
I would read/skim through the earlier chapters so you have an idea of what has happened and what hasn't. If you've seen up to Book of Atlantic, the chapter you'll start reading at is 66.

The anime skipped many details that have meaning in the story and it started going south from ep 14 in season 1 i recommend reading from the start you will notice many things
