Hahahahaha! no not really, her soul will eventually return to her body and her soul can go back and fort between the bird and human body coz of some magic genes, sumthing like that.
Until eventually the birds body dies.
A little concerned on how the romance is gonna progress since she’s a bird... so hopefully she goes back to her original body but this type of story is refreshing and cute
