I don't think he can remember the past. Like the magician dude said, only the chosen one can remember and the father chose Keira to remember when he turned back time using the magician's help. So, like the magician, he only gets snippets of inklings like a deja vu or ominous feelings and stuff. I think he dreams snippets of the past, like keira's death, but other than that, he's clueless as the rest
Tbh in my opinion he seems to remember as much as Keira does. Like she woke up from a 'nightmare' like she did cause if he only remembered her death he wouldn't have asked cosette to repeat herself when she said she was his daughter at the brothers birthday party. Idk that's what I've perceived at least
