No, he was confirmed to be dominant. The author hasn't decided whether he will be an alpha or an omega yet.
I think byul is going to be an Alpha, since our omega here is a recessive type (not strong one ) and our alpha here is a dominant one especially his family. (No omega siblings and a really dominant scent or alpha)
