I think that Honam's fiancé was arranged for him by his family while Sooyeon cheated on his own free will. I'm mad at both but I can't help but feel bad for Honam because he didn't know about the memory thing and then he was cheated on. And then the manager/co-worker guy is a completely different thing.
Yeah but he knew he had a fiancé, actively hiding a secret such as a commitment to someone else, I would argue counts as a form of betrayal and cheating
