I also understand but at the same time I don't accept it. I understand why he got violent, he needed to vent but his partner shouldn't become a punching bag just for his needs. I get it, I think a lot of people would have cracked in such a situation but it's not the partner's fault, never is nor was. I feel sorry for him but I don't condone his violence.
I agree. As much as I love the present Hayashida. I don't approve of how he vent his anger at Yumi. However, the past is the past (and nothing could change it). I could see that Hayashida truly regret his past action and I think he has suffer enough. I'm also glad that Hayashida let Yumi go, that he was strong enough to admit that he was becoming a horribly person (At the time).
I really want to see Hayashida and Yumi meet up again. So that Hayashida can apologize or thanks Yumi once more, however with a peaceful and happy expression.

I very understand hayashida why he abuse his ex-bf. He has undergone violence persecution, beaten, humiliated like street dogs from his superiors at workplace. he can't run because he needed salary to cost education he lil sister. he think no one can help him out. Bitter experience life can change a person's character. Yumi can't help him out, bcuz yumi characters is type person who wants to be loved, not the kind giver of love. But shuna can, he strong, type person giver of love, and quite eccentric in thinking.
