I say this bc it doesn’t seem like you really understand in depth of how traumatizing divorce is to a kid. You go through phases where you realize all those fairy tales are just false and can never happen. You’ll start to believe you’re the cause of the divorce. You’ll blame yourself. You’ll get depressed and if your family isn’t that well off or in the middle class you’ll end up barely seeing your parents or they give u to a relative to raise and as a child you’ll see them visit then leave you again. What does this cause? This causes abandonment issues.(this is my personal experience so yea this is fuckinf true and I’m not making This up.
