The coworker always made Juho change shifts with him when the coworker had to work closing.
Coworker is just fed up with Juho not swapping shifts with him anymore after the owners warning Juho not to any more & started "hanging" with Jaemin.
The coworker is always trying to get out of work as soon as possible.
I get the felling the coworker has some kind of unknown connection to the shit head that can't take a freaking hint.

yeah i totally forgot that the coworker has been taking advantage of shift swaps :( without that context i thought for a second that jaemin was in the wrong but man @ the coworker you can’t keep switching shifts last minute that’s not how jobs work ghdjhsjdj
guys am i going crazy why did the thing with his coworker feel so sudden can someone point out chapters or scenes where they kind of foreshadow/mention the coworker’s frustration over him covering jaemin’s shifts? i don’t really want to reread the whole thing lol
