The story is about 75% completed, it's near the end but still a bit far from it.
And about the plot it's indeed one big plot with small plots, objectives and turnabout on it. We starts the story with Luffy as a guy from a village in East blue (One piece's word has a lot of water and so regions are decided with sea, and East blue, the sea in the east, is known to be the weakest of them all : no big monsters, not a lot of big pirates or Marines, usually it's very calm and we don't much issues coming from that side of the world).
As I was saying, the story starts with Luffy, a 17 yo guy who wants to be the pirate king. Pirates are free people, they can go anywhere they want, do whatever they want, and the Pirate king, is the definition of freedom.
Through his travel, Luffy meets a lot of different people : people who also have goals in their life, others who are just running away, others who suffering etc... And from his eyes, who know more about this world. Racism, human AND creature's traffic, slavery, corruption, lies, power, legends.
One Piece is an adventure that you will never regret starting it.
hellooo, as i person who has never watched or read one piece, could someone tell me, is it anywhere near the end, also is it one long plot with small plots in between or just plot per season. I do not mind spoiler and please no shaming I will cry :)
