Me too I wanna know coz I haven't read any manga with female alpha and male omega (=・ω・=)
I'm currently reading a cn novel with this kind of setting, that's why I'm curious (〜￣△￣)〜
I think the gender role will be the same, the female will be the wife and the male will be the husband but the male will be pregnant and not the female because i was told that its the omega who gets pregnant not the alpha, betas have a 40 percent to get pregnant or something like that.
In the novel I've mostly read, the Omegas are bottom regardless if they are male or female (except for omega omega pairing) so I think it is natural that the Omegas will be pregnant.
And betas have smaller probability of being pregnant even.

I'm just thinking about who's who because of the novel I'm currently reading hehe
it will still be the same. the thing with yaoi and gl is that a lot of heteronormative are pushed on them, which is why they are called mom/wife
If the Alpha is woman and the Omega is a man... Who is the husband and who is the wife?
Don't get me wrong... In dameis/yaois, omega males are also called wife.
