There’s this manga, it also has the anime. It’s about an underground hell fore-seer or something. It’s literally a comedy anime, really funny like Gintama. The guys had a horn on his head he has black hair and wears black clothing with some red color in it or something.
If anything comes to mine just recommend down below...it doesn’t have to Match my description, it could be what am looking for
