Well since you asked, his mom looks exactly like the girlfriend, we actually have no idea how old the white haired guy is or his mom for that matter but he has to be a bit older for him to be successful in his business and he never said his girlfriend died just that she disappeared after the accident so really the likelihood it’s his mother is higher than the chance the girlfriend died.
She looks like him and that's why she also happens to look like his mother. And being a couple of years older doesn't make you a possible boyfriend of a guy's mother. She could be his mother too! And his flashbacks stop right when the girl is crossing the road and a car is coming, so she did have an accident and the way he talked about it points to her dying because of the accident otherwise he would just say he was dumped or smt like that.
Well it’s also kinda weird to say she just disappeared instead of she died unless I’m remembering that wrong. Though thinking it through more the girl could’ve been his mom’s younger sister which would make more sense age wise. The girl has to be related to him otherwise it’d be weird to create a character that looks exactly like his mom but isn’t related. Either way it would still be weird imo when it comes to shipping him with Eunha which is the only point I was really trying to make

Then yes, it is weird to be interested in someone that looks like a past lover, but oh well that's a common trope and as long as they fall in love with their personality that's ok
