If I'm not mistaken, this is a doujin by Asou Kai!! It has like two or three more chapters. Sorry I couldn't recall the title but you can probably find it in myreadingmanga.info filed under Asou Kai's works :) (Not sure if it's also in mangago since i havent checked ))

The story goes like this : its between rin x makoto, they're dating but the way makoto saw Haru and the way he treat Haru makes Rin uncomfortable and decided to break up.
