Basically, realistically that would be super problematic but probably temporarily hot I think if the author unrealistically doesn't let the pearls get anywhere in his system after shooting up, that would be dangerous, I think they'll dissolve(for the sake of safety) lol or all just slowly get pushed out throughout the day God I wish they were a switch couple

Imagineeee, Juha was about the same size as Doosik and they were a switch couple and after a ranchy morning Doosik is like, there's somewhere I have to beeeeee and then he thought all the pearls were out, but as he's walking he just FEEEEELS a pearl side out and when he's just standing still, one falls down the inside of his pants and rolls on the floor and then someone sees it and was like, oh lucky! I found a pearl and Doosik is like trying to run away but more keep sliding out and he collects some of them but couldn't get it all so he just leaves a trail of pearls and then there's a short news of pearls scattered throughout the city Juha is watching the news, see it and spits out his tea and Doosik comes home later and like yells at Juha all likeeeeee I blame youuuuuuu
