Actually I think it could've been much worse if he hadn't interfered. I feel like he's helping things move along quicker.

Well I guess only time and the next chapter will tell if his interference for me is good or bad. I'm just kind of skeptical
Is it just me who thinks that the manager should stay out of this with Ryou and Hayato? I mean I think him listening to Ryou's problems is fine, but he doesn't really have the right to tell Hayato how to react anything. I mean it's been only a day let the man think.
