Literally. Like some yaoi lead characters can actually be termed as “boring”(if we’re going to use their standards for the female lead as a basis) yet I don’t see a single comment abt how they are weak or boring. Like when a male lead shows a moment of self doubt, they be like “aww so cute must protect” but when a female lead manifested a low esteem they be triggered as fuck.
RIGHT?!! I like this one cos there's some dynamic for the female lead although tbh, this male lead wasn't any different (to me anyway idk....) but at least the fl is realistic and she's some ordinary person who's NOT AN OFFICE WORKER FFS (i'm tired of that same profession for ever character ugh)
But there’s a lot of mc in other manhwa with her same attitude and might be even “boring”, whatever that means, but I ain’t seeing a single a complaint abt it. When it’s a female character, people had to always find flaws like it’s either she’s boring or she’s too irritating for having too much angst.
