I feel as if Jin woo wouldn’t that. The chairman was old, he had lived a long life. There was no need to bring him back. That is the reason why he didn’t want to take the holy elixir. Jin woo isn’t that cruel.

Jin Woo won't turn a friend, family, or comrade into a shadow unless it's for a moment then release them much like he did back with Jeju Island where he made the one guy a shadow to heal a fallen friend before he released him from the shadow control. He couldn't bare to control someone who did him no harm. He's only kept 2 human's that were converted to shadow both had tried to take his life and both ended up under his control.

He had tried what he could to save the chairman, but even when nothing could be done he would let the old man rest because of all that the chairman had done for him. ;-;

That's too bad.....I would have loved seeing a scenario where he turns him into a shadow just until they kill the frost monarch then let him rest :c at least the chairman could have been by his side and experience a good fight with him
