I guess I understand why there people say it was lacking development and felt rushed, chapter 4 especially. This is just me but maybe it would be better that after they had sex, instead of instantly confess, it should just depict their further interaction for the rest of Mitsuki's stay where both being conscious of one another. Adding another chapter is also fine to shows the progress and then at the end of it, Madoka then asked Mitsuki to comeback to Manten-ya to make fireworks together and confessed, yada yada. Could be better but not bad overall.
