they had finally labeled their relationship as boyfriends (i forgot which chapter it was lol it was before the birthday tho) it's not really ur typical confession but still, that alone was enough for both of them to acknowledge each other's mutual feelings. so yes, they are dating!! ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
