Would ch.8 be considered rape too. Jace forced the duke to have sex with him under the impression of it being a dream. Also taking advantage of the ‘reward’ for saving his son. I think rape applies here too since it wasn’t really consensual, more like obligated/forced to deal with the reward.

I, personally, wouldn’t say the dream, as Jace was completely unaware of what he was doing.

But using the the fact that Jace saved the Duke’s sibling to push the idea that the duke is obligated to sleep with him, definitely isn’t consensual.
