Nahh, yaoi is a genre. I mean, i a straight girl watch yuri but still doesn't attracted to girl. For it just like you watch/read other straight drama/manga.
Let's take it on other perspective. Does gays read straight book means they're straight.

it’s not weird at all, and i don’t think it’s unappealing. we’re all entitled to our own likings and opinions after all! don’t let society tell you what to do, read whatever you want as long it makes you happy and you’re not hurting anybody. reading BL doesn’t make you any less of a man at all. being honest with yourself and your likings is priority :)

I dont really know how other people's mind works, I have opposite perspective, but I wont push it, since we are coming from different countries and culture. I think my perception about men liking yaoi are based on my country's ideology or perception.
Guys is it weird that you're talking to living and breathing fudanshi? This is my honest feelings on a platter. Because i think reading yaoi makes me less of a man. Does me being a male person who have a slightest preference towards BL, come out as unappealing? Because Frick society if they say i can't read BL anymore... Sorry bwahaha also is it weird for a straight man to even read this genre? Does reading yaoi, = automatic gay? TBH I'm afraid of the labels man...
