No it is not because they didn’t know and it has nothing to do with them they’re grown as hell it’s different when you have to see each other all the time and one of you was clearly or both are younger when you legitimately establish shit like that
Look it up. They don’t have to be related, but if their parents get married it is. I know they aren’t aware yet but by law, they are brothers
