Can somebody tell me how to delete previous uploads, if its not urs?

I don't think they can be delete but someone did delete previous chp of webtoon I m uploading I don't know how !

The comic is literally free on webtoon and t*pas yet ppl have the nerve to upload it here. Also the author has commented to stop this. They even told they may drop the series
