I think she does...maybe it’s a family issue. I know that in Korea at a certain age minors can rent apartments as long as the school knows their situation (correct me if I’m wrong).
Did you not read the story? She’s poor her family is poor she grew up watching her father get beaten because they didn’t have enough money to pay bills her parents are always out working in an environment like that money takes a high place on a list ong importance

Why does it sound like she has bills to pay? She's a high school student so how can she be paying rent? I don't think Korea has emancipated minors so why does she need money so badly?
