Yes it is wrong but you got to think of it as well if he's a professional man working like that it's going to be like walk on water if you've read that book
As someone who's job even checks my public social media to be sure I align with them, I understand the " professional" reasoning why his hobby is bad for the company, for me that issue is with his wording. The way he makes his hobby seem gross and " affects others" is honestly the reason why many people have quite their jobs to keep the hobby instead.
Like the professional reasoning makes sense since his hobby can affect the business but as a friend I wish he would word it better or even help him find another hobby that is still enjoyable rather than put him down each every time and make him feel like a shit in the process. I loved the jab he recently got of " well that's who I am " cause that's exactly what he has been telling him this entire time, like honey do you think he will pick the fans that make him feel confident and rich over you? Definitely not with how you put him and his pass times down.
