In Japan, translated manga ranges to 400-500 yen while most popular manga reaches to 700-1200 yen. While the japanese ver only reaches to 100-500 yen.

Maybe you can try finding some at your local library. Some of them follow the manga trend normally if its in a more populated area. I have one too but I doubt even 10 people a month go there. So sadly I don't think they would have any manga

there are some cheaper sites to buy manga, but the price is basically the same, because shipping fees are super expensive from japan to another country, try looking on otakumangalounge, they're all translated and i find their prices pretty good :)
