Apparently her curse is that she kills her own son everytime she remembers her past life and thats why the temple is giving her the medicine to make her forget it and avoid her killing Abel

I also read spoiler that said mikhail and the fl were lovers in their past lives, but he has to kill her cuz she has a curse.... im not sure if they are accurate
