This is a refreshingly great story. I thought it was going to go the cliche route where he says "yes I will sacrifice myself for you and becomes a dragon at the bottom of the water and leaves everyone behind in an unrealistic way where they just accept it. But chiharu literally is like, this is dumb! We need to find another way. Because chiharu understands that when chiharu eventually dies, Rin is going to need to get another bride and stuff, and it's always been something that rin loathes because it was never pleasurable or fun as most of them were scared. But when Chiharu is like, I can't give this life up. And when he said that, I was like, YESSSSS, we have the Uke male lead whose not a totally naive and accepting lovesick fool but someone with a good head on his shoulders. I love Rin don't get me wrong, but this can't be their only option! He was like, I can't give this life up, and I love you so we have to find another way! And I just couldn't agree more
