It’s because of pride and jealousy. Someone who is younger then them is better then when they were the same age. And they think that many years of experience can do them better then a younger who has less experience.
I just realised that I don’t know why the head of hospitals or department get all pissed when there is a younger person who is much better than them. Yes there is competition but saving someone’s life is a whole different situation, especially when under pressure. Thank you to all the people working in hospitals !!!
