That time I got reincarnated as a slime. Although its a mangga not a manhwa, it was also adapted into anime. You should check it out. Its really good, lile superb-ly awesome.

Something about these "kingdom building" manhwa's just hit differently. I think its how much more immersed you can be with the story since you get to see more of what the MC thinks and why they do certain things.
