I think I know a manga that fits your description of the fist one. The problem is that I can't remember the title (sorry)
But here is a general summary:

It is a yaoi manga, one of the stories in a manga.
The uke and seme are office workers who work together, the seme is a big puppy dog personality type guy, the uke is more reserved. They take the train together and a girl accuses the uke of sexually harassing her the seme saves the uke by kissing him and telling everyone there that they are a gay couple. The seme starts liking the uke and they start dating but they never do any ecchi stuff. The seme gets drunk at their office drinking party and he totally turns from puppy dog to sexy wolf. He does lots of ecchi stuff with the uke.

This is a cute, funny yet sweet story.
