I think its because the saint probably lost her powers by the time she was born, so she is probably loyal to the 'new' saint which should be our MC and the other wings probably were born while the saint (mcs mother) still had powers... This is just my way of thinking tho
Ohhhhhh that kinda makes sense,I just thought that once the power dissapears from the mother - won't the other wings realize too? I mean if the mother's powers are gone wont the immediate affect of the "forever loyal" or someshit be removed too? Anyway, did the mother's power already vanished completely? or is there only a few left. I forgot cause I only got back to this today
I'm not sure but I think her divine powers are gone but she can still use magic. And I think that the wings stay loyal even if the saint loses their divinity...not sure
