I think something happened with Mitsuru and Leo, if he was into him in childhood and now he cant stand Mitsuru and keep on trying to avoid him. Something is fishy.
Also he isnt that crazy and lovey dovey about Kaname. I feel like that's just an act to annoy others. Well, that's my theory.
