Well in the first place he did all of this for his brother, and if it wasn't for him(the brother) he wouldn't have entered the tower. He doesn't really have a goal of his own in the tower, his only goal is to continue his brother's legacy and to take revenge. It's quite obvious

He has a personality every choice that he has made all of his thoughts, these are his own. These actions are a result of his personality. His goal after he gets revenge that what he is lacking. But that's because he's not sure that he will survive. Don't mistake his love for his brother as a lack of personality. Just because he's not cheerful and surrounded by a lot of people like his brother was doesn't mean he has no personality. He's not some animated doll with out a soul or brain.

I don't understand why other people would think he doesn't have a personality. This webtoon isn't a romance story in the first place, so there's no point in showing just interactions with other characters.
to be precise, the MC is a very driven person, he's also a fast learner and is stern but not unjust. I don't know how this personality isn't observed by others after reading 80+ chapters.

No offense taken I think some of us see his personality as being fully established, while others see him as only finding purpose if his brother's life and death. I guess for those of us who feel like his personality has nothing to do with his brother's death see what he's doing is using his brother's death as a driving force, while others see he's brother's death as the thing that gives him personality. I personally think that his brother's death was the only, and still main reason why he joined the game, but now I think he's making connections and they are becoming just as important to him, even though he'd like it to be otherwise. I don't know if any of that makes sense, but he doesn't act like a doll and he doesn't let others decide what he does, he's just following his brother's journal and steps to find out who betrayed his brother, so other than that he shows quite a bit of personality. At least in my opinion. But I don't know what you think personality is, so I can't say anything for you, just for myself.
Thought I genuinely love it, I feel like as the story progress and if they found out who he is, everything he has been doing would be in vain, its kinda sad how he doesn't have a personality of his own, he'll be kinda overshadowed by his brother. I don't make sense (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)
