No.. they are in high school. If you go back to the first chapter when one of the characters are presented it say (16) meaning they're 16 years old. So yes, they are in high school in the manga and in the anime

I like Shikatani and Itome, they are both good senpais. (▰˘◡˘▰) but I also love them all, they are hilarious most of the time but you can see how much they care for each other. ╥﹏╥
