They made up the ending on their own since the manga wasn't finishes yet so there are a lot of differences towards the end, but the manga hasn't fully been translated in English yet so expect a lot more to happen

To be fair I watched the anime first then read the manga and Im pretty sure the thing with the teacher did not settle that easily like there was a whole court too and so much more i- did it really end this easily in the manga?
