Yeah. They're thinking emotionally, not logically. They've become too dependent on heroes that they blame it all on them. It might take guts to use their quirks against criminal but further causing negativity does not help one bit! Motivation is what heroes needed because they're the one doing all the hard work!

Tho I understand what the civilians might be feeling rn but they're really pissing me off, they just know how to blame. Aren't they also have quirks? Why don't they use their heads and think of a plan to stop the low rank criminals? I'm sure they can somehow make it if they work and put their quirks together.
