unfortunately, if they're being realistic to actual victorian times, leaving that horrible place could lead to a worse outcome for her. :^( If a woman ran away from her husband she could be locked up.
Idk her life right now is pretty shitty already. She's basically a prisoner of her own home and looks like her husband is gonna ship off to an insane asylum. Not to mention poor Anna. I say she should "go missing " and run off with Isaac already there's literally nothing for her in this life till her husband is dead.
