I think at that panel when where ichi got hard was him reacting to the smell of a the (a) man (he was reacting to it since, he yknow) and not realy ichi reacting to his brother in "that" way. I actualy have to read those two panels over and over again to get what he mean lololol
this manga is very interesting to say the least but damn i guess this is what happens when therapy doesn't exist lol
