Well technically, nobody has confirmed that he knows. We can imply it, but at the same time, he has amnesia so I concluded that altough he already knows mc is special to him, he still doesn't remember what happened between them. So for me is like he has his suspicions about the kids, but he still doesn't know for sure. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
