But I get you.. like it okay if they're just friends and all that but it's rare to find a story where it's just the main character and a friend of the same gender and that they go on a journey together without one the friend suddenly dying or something like that. Like.. why must it always be a male lead with a random girl being by his side and that they suddenly fall in love with each other or that she'll get seriously injured and is the reason why he suddenly goes berserker or something like that.. Okay, it can happen that they are just friends but there will always be an other girl.. Maybe I'm annoyed because I read so many stories of this kind but damn..

Damn.. complete forgot about that.. but yeah probably. If I remember correctly most of the Authors and mangaka's are actually male. So that would make sense.. ah.. gosh.. like I know not all males are like that and all that but damn.. I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of man are actually like that because.. Just look at mangas, anime, the games.. I myself actually find women attractive but that doesn't mean that I want to always see boobs, ass, panties shots and all that constantly.. like how about letting a woman be herself and not making her into some tool that you need for the plot.. Okay I better stop now or I'm going to write a full story..

It is what it is. Most of the readers from Jap are Males. And they need to see something sexually attractive for entertainment, and thats called "fan service". It is to keep the readers intact and loyal to what they are reading. After all, Boys are Boys. And there are probably gay and girl readers who came from Kpop to Manhua. I don't have an evidence so you can say that it is false, but im only saying the possibility ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Oh and also, this manga is probably designed for males mostly :D

There are a few like that but they're a bit hard to find within this sort of genre. If you haven't read them yet, I would suggest Saihate no Paladin, The Great Cleric, and A Mild Noble's Vacation Suggestion.

The 3rd has enough BL vibes that there's a disclaimer in the summary. However, it really just two bros that traveling around. One is a noble and the other is an adventurer. The noble first hired the adventurer to show him around the world.
The 2nd's MC is surrounded by plenty of female characters but there isn't really any romantic vibes. (He does want a GF, but he really isn't looking for one and no one is throwing themselves at him.) Mostly blushing from embarrassing moments.
The 1st also has female characters but they're mostly background characters. There is one who you might find annoying, but it's more like little girl romantic. There is a FL that is technically there but not really. In the novel, it's the main deity he worships and the feelings aren't realized later on. Even then, they aren't really romantically involved. The MC has much stronger feelings than the god.

I also forgot to mention Elqueeness is also a really good series. Pretty much no romance except among semi-major supporting characters for a few chapters. Most if not all of the female characters are competent
