The responsibility of being a translator is being respectful to the author by properly conveying their story into another language. If you’re unable to do so, then you shouldn’t be uploading content especially when their are other translators who will properly convey the story even if it takes slightly longer for them to do so.

I’m not going to “cut the bs” just because we’re reading pirated content. Doing so doesn’t mean some random person using google translate should just upload when there is already a steady translator. Also, when I say “respect to the author” I mean for that to apply to their language and accurately portraying it which isn’t a difficult thing to do. There is literally no reason for someone to be uploading content that can’t even be understand 50% of the time

Are you a troll? "Being respectful to the author BY properly conveying their story into another language" does not mean showing respect towards the author's language. You claim that high quality scantalations are a sign of respect when once again, it's pirated content. You know what's an amazing way of respecting both the author and the language you care so much about? Reading the official translations :)
Here is the thing, i get it, is annoying when the manga doesn't have a good/understandable translation, HOWEVER, that doesn't mean you have to be harsh and rude to the translators. I want to remind you that more than often the translator is another fan (whose mother language may not be English), just like you and just like me, who takes the time to share the chapters with us, the people that can't buy the offcials translations of the mangas. So what i'm trying to say is, you can talk about the low quality of the translations, that's ok, but don't be mean or rude to the translators, that part is just unnecessary.
