No because then there would not be omegas. But in some versions of omegaverses, there are Enigmas or something that can change an alphot or beta into an omega if they... u know in there.... U know ( I'm saying cum in there ass)

It depends of the author, I have seen some alphas getting pregnant, betas changing into omegas, and there are other cases when the author pair beta x alpha and omega x beta and non of them get pregnant.
